Event Details

It's time to register for the June ITS workshop with Amara Duende!

The Learning for Life Center/The People's School happily welcomes Amara for a Saturday afternoon mini-series of monthly bellydance workshops.

Whether you have never danced before or are a seasoned dancer, you will find that Amara's workshops are lots of fun, a great workout and truly inspirational! With her enthusiastic, open and encouraging teaching style, Amara will lead us through cues, combos, techniques and tips in this earthy and soulful style of bellydance.

Please note: These workshops are for women AND MEN! No on-lookers please, only participants . . . everyone must dance!

June 14th 2pm-6pm

July 19th 10am-12pm ~ Bollywood with Zoria Kali

2pm-6pm ~ ITS with Amara Duende

August 30th 9am-1pm ~ Bollywood with Zoria Kali

1pm-2pm Optional lunch provided by Neferet

2pm-6pm ~ ITS with Amara Duende

Each 4-hour workshop is $40 to drop-in. If you pre-register for more than one workshop, each workshop is only $35.
